Set your sight on adventure with this entry-level telescope. This hand-held Galilean scope (one convex and one concave lens) resembles a spy glass, with an aperture lens approximately 1.375” in diameter. The soft-shell eye piece provides viewing comfort. Twist the durable, telescope tube to adjust the 12x magnification. Best viewing will be in daylight or brighter light situations with objects at least 15 feet away. We tried this out in our office and easily read 2-inch size text from 30 feet away. Collapses to 8 ½ inches for easy adventure travel and includes a general introduction.
