Black Friday Return Policy

We have a no return policy for online sales made between 11-20-2023 to 11-27-2023. Return policy only applies if the product was damaged due to shipping. If the product was incorrect and was not send what was promised, only those are eligible for return.

Due to the change in shipping cost and their services, there will not be return in shipping cost. Please verify and select the product before buying. If any question please give us a call.


To be eligible for a return you have 24 hours to contact us via email, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and Upload the defective product image/video that you received so that we can apply appropriate action to help you with return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at toytime@gotoytime.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Upload the defective product image/video so that we can evaluate if this is due to shipment.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like (such as Books, Legos, fabricated, clothing), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, fabricated, clothing or gift cards

We do not accept any refund or exchange after 5-day return policy for online sales only, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not accept any refund for in store sales or in store pickup. Please inspect the product before getting picked up. Also please see the  Exceptions / non-returnable items for exception. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges are available for the in store pick up with in 48 hours of purchase. To be eligible for a Exchanges, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Online Order Cancellation

You have 8 hours to cancel any order made upon request. You can call in the store store Phone number and have the order cancel if you have made a mistake or if it was placed in error. You will not be able to cancel the order once the shipping label is created or the shipping process is complete. 

No shipping cost will be return once the shipping process is completed.
