Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for online sales only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at toytime@gotoytime.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Return of order will only be accepted if incorrect product is shipped, If the product differ from the item presented, if product is damaged or not functioning, missing parts , manufacturing defect.

Cancellation Policy

Item already shipped or label already created for shipping then the order cannot be cancelled. There will be a Restocking fees associated with the item if the order is cancelled/returned. Please see below for the fees and charges. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Upload the defective product image/video so that we can evaluate if this is due to shipment or manufacturing defect. You have 48 hr to contact us with the damage issue once item is received. Please provide the picture that shows clearly if was due to the shipment.

Refund Policy

We do not accept any refund or exchange after 7-day return policy for online sales only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not accept any refund for in store sales or in store pickup. Only Exchange is available (Please see the Exchange Policy below). Please inspect the product before getting picked up. Also please see the Exceptions / non-returnable items for exception. Exchanges are available for the in store pick up with in 48 hours of purchase. (We do not refund or exchange for store pickup if the item is not picked up in 7 business days. After 14 business days there will be 15% restocking fees applied every week if the item is not picked up by then, as we have to keep the item safe and store). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like (such as Books, Legos, fabricated, clothing, stuffed item), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and item that are listed on sale, or discounted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, fabricated, clothing/stuffed item,Lego, or gift cards

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges are available for the in store pick up with in 48 hours of purchase. To be eligible for a Exchanges, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect the product before buying or getting picked up.



NOTE: If the item are already shipped or label being created for shipping purpose and if there is no issue with the shipped item being damaged or incorrect product being shipped then the return/cancel might not be accepted. Buyer will be responsible to return the item at their own cost and there will be 15% restocking fees per week deducted from the total amount not including shipping cost. If the refund is accepted than the amount will be refunded back to the customer after deduction of 10% restocking fees + initial shipping cost and will take about 3 -5 business days.
If the Customer is still wanting to return the item that does not have an issue stated above to qualify for the valid return then they are required to return the item at their own shipping cost. Only the product price after deduction of 15% restocking fees will be refund to the customer account. see the return/refund policy above.
