Great necklace, Poor delivery

Necklace is darling but it took over a week to arrive even after I paid $10 for expedited shipping. Very disappointing.

This delievery was not due to us, we have send you all the detail and the information what caused this to happen. This was due to the USPS carrier service causing this issue to happen. We have shared all the information to you. I am sorry that this had happend to you but this was due to the carrier issue, and when we asked they stated that it was due to the unwanted events/disaster and with Carriers. I am very sorry for the inconvinence.
