Delivery PROMOTION(11/24/2024 to 12/31/2024) During holiday shopping
Due to Increment in shipping Charges from freight provider as we are small business, we will not be able to provide free shipping during this holiday time. To overcome this we have decided to do 15% off on stuffed animal and 10% on entire store( Except Legos) During holiday which runs from 11/29 -12/24
15% off on stuffed animal and 10% on entire store( Except Legos) last only 11/29/24 and then 10% off online store will trigger after that which will last till 12/24/24. All of these promotion discount gets calculated automatically during check out.
- All shipping are based on the weight and the shipping service. Please check the shipping charges during check out. These shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and service provided from the freight provider

FREE Economy Delivery PROMOTION(Ended)
- FREE Standard Economy delivery on orders $30.00-$59.99, except on heavy items and Legos/Bruder/etc Product
- Heavy items include anything over 1.5 lb.
- 1 - 2 Business days for Express
- 3 - 4 business days for Standard, mostly gets delivered in 3-4 business days.
- 5 -8 business days for Economy, mostly gets delivered in 3-4 business days
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays).
- Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after the order is received.
- In-store pick up are available if the product is available in store. Order has to be picked up with in 72 hours after the order is placed. If the order is not picked up in 72 hours, there will be a service charge/handling fees added 10 percent of total amount.
- Please be advised that large equipment orders (such as Heavy Playsets and Toys) over 5.5 LB may be shipped directly by freight carriers (LTL) in order to provide timely delivery.
- Local Delivery doesn't count to be a free shipping
- Local Delivery will be delivered for $4.99 Flat rate
- These shipping rate excludes legos and other Heavy Items.
- Other Item over 1.5lb will have a different shipping rates, will be calculated during check out.
